For the things Grixx can't fix on its own (hardware failures, deeper programming changes), it tells you honestly and connects you with a real tech. No runaround, no upsell theater.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel from your account anytime. There's a 30-day money-back guarantee on your subscription if you're not satisfied — full refund within the first 30 days, minus the one-time setup fee. After that, you can still cancel anytime and your subscription runs through the end of your paid period.

What happens when my installer is the problem?

We help. Outpost works regardless of who installed your system. If your installer isn't responsive, has moved on, or you've outgrown the relationship, we can guide you through what's needed and — if you'd prefer — connect you with a different integrator. You shouldn't be held hostage by your installer's availability.

Do I need a Loxone Miniserver to use Outpost?
